Premier Contracting completed a major remodel of my home in Mission Viejo in less than one month! We had our whole house gutted - removed walls, installed new custom kitchen cabinets, floors, appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, all new sinks in kitchen and bathrooms and new showers! We added additional lighting, ceiling fans, the works! The owner was there to personally oversee the work and also shopped with us to help us make selections. We had very thorough, personalized service!

In my many experiences with contractors (built one office, remodeled 2 other offices, remodeled 2 homes), I have never met anyone as honest or punctual as Wayne. He is very personable and low key. I have never heard him raise his voice or ever seen him stressed. As you know construction is a very stressful process, especially with deadlines to meet.
He worked very well with my local architect, whom he never met prior to starting my job. He was always willing and available to meet to review his plans and progress or to run to city hall to check on permits and sign offs. He even came back out over two years later to look at a floor problem. I have referred him many clients and recently my aunt. I would definitely use him in the future.
